DIOECESIS | TRVNDHEMIENSIS | PARS AVSTRALIS, Joan Blaeu (1662)Joan Blaeu (1598-1673) published this map of the southern part of the Norwegian Diocese Trundheim in 1662 in the first volume of the Atlas Maior. The map does not depict an accurate image of the diocese because Blaeu did not have recent maps available. He therefore enlarged a detail from an old map of Scandinavia that he had published earlier.
