Blaeu (1571-1638). The author of the original map was a not well known cartographer Willibrort van der Burght from Brabant. Van der Burght was commissioned in 1630 by the Council of State to produce a map of the recently conquered city of 's-Hertogenbosch and its surroundings. The original map has never been discovered but the copy was published by Blaeu in one of his atlases in 1634.
