The Yakolev Yak-3. "Normandie - Niemen" (Free French) Regiment. GC III / 1, Soviet VVS-RKKA. This plane was used in Wittenberg, East Prussia in the spring of 1945. Piloted by Roger Sauvage. Inside holds a Klimov 12 cylinder motor rated 1,244 hp for take off, and has a max speed of 404 mph.
